Our apps contain zero third-party advertising SDKs and zero behavioral tracking. All drawings, custom vehicles, virtual pets, timers, and meditation journals stay locally on your device.

1. Children's & Family Applications (Monster Truck Garage, DoodleStep, PocketPals)

Our children's and family apps are designed in strict compliance with the Apple App Store Kids Category guidelines, Google Play Families Policies, Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), and the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA):

No Personal Data Collection: We do not ask for or collect a child's name, birth date, email address, phone number, precise location, microphone recordings, or contact list.
On-Device Storage Only: All customized vehicles, race results, drawings, optional selected gallery images, pet progress, and session-timer settings are stored strictly locally on your device. When you use DoodleStep's backup export feature, the export file is saved directly to the location you choose on your device and is never uploaded to our servers.
No Third-Party Advertising or Analytics: Our family apps contain zero third-party advertising networks and zero third-party behavioral analytics SDKs.
Parental Gates & Adult Controls: Access to grown-up session settings, timer extensions, and purchase previews is protected by an adult verification step or your device's native screen-lock credential.

2. Stillness MBSR Sanctuary (Mindfulness & Wellness Privacy & Medical Disclaimer)

Local-Only Practice Records & Journals: All meditation session logs, streak counters, and written journal entries in Stillness MBSR Sanctuary are stored exclusively in local storage on your device. FunnyLife never transmits, reads, or backs up your meditation logs or reflections to external servers.
Educational & Wellness Disclaimer (Not Medical Advice): Stillness MBSR Sanctuary provides educational mindfulness, breathing, and stress-management guidance. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, psychotherapy, or psychiatric treatment. 3. In-App Purchases & Store Billing

When you purchase an app or an optional unlock through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, the transaction is processed directly by Apple Inc. or Google LLC under their respective privacy policies. FunnyLife never receives or stores your credit card number or banking credentials.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

Because all app progress and user-created content reside locally on your device, you have complete control over your data at all times. You may delete individual saved items inside each app or remove all stored data permanently by clearing app storage or uninstalling the application.
